Appearance: Eärlindë has long wavy hair that closely resembled the color of chocolate. Her eyes are a mysterious grey that will hold you captivated. She has lightly tanned skin, like sandalwood, and thin lush pink lips. Eärlindë has a well built body, her muscles are a bit more than expected of a woman. She has many scars along her legs and back. She has a large scar stretching from her right shoulder blade to the base of her back, and small barely visible scars on her legs. Eärlindë’s grey eyes are cascaded in small dark circles giving her an eerie appearance. She has a very flexible body and quick reflexes. Eärlindë is about 5’9”.
Background: Eärlindë had a rough childhood. Her parents raised her for a short period before choosing to leave her to her elder brother so they continue with their daily hobbies: reading books, traveling, and studying the world around them. Eärlindë was raised by her brother from the time she was seven until she turned sixteen. Her brother taught her the basic principles of knowledge. He always told her that knowledge was key and that true knowledge was the real power in the world, and that became the main rule Eärlindë lives by. Lin, as he brother began to call her, taught her many different arts. Although her lessons were mainly focused on magic and defense, her brother did teach her enough of the Draconic language to have a relatively detailed conversation with dragons.
Eärlindë has been a loner since the beginning. She never took to the idea of being around other children when she was young. Lin had her own ways and one of them was to remain silent and observing. She learned many things in her quiet observations. She was able to understand how someone was feeling and she could classify an individual’s expressions. Lin can only really know the person’s expressions when she knows them however, one of her weaknesses. Her simple ability surprised her family so much that they had to refrain from using much expression when she was around. Eärlindë was also like the black sheep in the family. Despite how her parents described the world to her, Lin had her own beliefs and views of it.
Going back a few years…Eärlindë was always an odd child. Her parents weren’t quite sure what unnerved them so much when she was born. There wasn’t the normal flow of emotion or happiness. It was a strained happiness that seemed to be engulfed by worry. Her mother soon realized Lin’s eyes. They weren’t a calm grey, like the sky on a winter’s day, but the violent grey of ocean water after a storm. Her parents always had a hunch about what Eärlindë’s power would be. She was never social, had an odd obsession with the night, and often asked about one's fears. When Lin was sixteen she had decided to leave home in order to explore the world. She doesn’t often get involved in anyone’s problems and seems to ignore the rest of the world.
Personality:In three short words, Eärlindë is a loner, mysterious, and rebellious. Lin has never taken kindly to making new friends. Lin has a tendency to like to be left alone and to hold herself up to her own standards, no one else’s. Eärlindë’s personality can be first very alluring and attractive, but once you really meet the girl she may quickly change your mind.
The oddest thing is that Eärlindë is not mean or irrational. She simply analyzes things to a higher degree. She’s a thinker and a learner. Everything she does is either a learning experience or a test. Eärlindë, however, can be rather pleasant at times. If she decides she likes you she can be a huge ball of fun and adventure. Her personality is what some people may call “unbelievably challenging and ruthless”, she wasn’t named Eärlindë Nénharma [Shadow Warrior] for a reason. Lin is normally calm, although her patience varies upon how she feel each day, it takes a lot to make her angry, unless you really annoy her.
Strengths:Eärlindë is a great fighter. Her flexibility allows her to be very handy with a sword. However, Eärlindë prefers daggers and her silver bow and arrow. She is an extraordinary archer and has great knife throwing skills.
Weaknesses: Eärlindë can have a bit anger management problem if she gets ticked off enough. Her ability to use peoples' fears against them comes out a lot when she is angry.

Eärlindë doesn’t necessarily have an evil streak but she can have a dark heart at times. Lin is at her strongest at night, her power is mainly in the manipulation of people’s fears.
