Elsa Montgomery is a young student with a great ambition to escape a life of empty dreams. Taking the law into her own hands she finds herself a victim in need of assistance. Things begin to get a little crazy when Elsa discovers her new abilities to re-create the histories of her favorite shows.
Krista Strauss is a young spirited vampire... yes, vampire, with telekinesis and telepathic abilities, she works for a new group in the FBI called the Paranormal Cold Cases or the PCC. Her partner is a werewolf, her best friend Toby Kravon. Krista has been a vampire for the last forty years, since she was twenty one. She had telekinesis and telepathic abilities before she was turned, but didn't like to use them unless absolutely necessary. She also didn't know her friend was a werewolf until after her deranged Sire Derrais, created her.
There's a newbie at the PCC known as Zack Dumont, he's quick with witty quirps and has the ability to see into the future as well as feed off others emotions. Once he signs up for the job, he goes into China Town of New York to look for clues, and finds himself in a mix of trouble.
Krista and Toby have their hands full as they search for Zack and find out about Elsa Montgomery, another victim they have to protect as they find she's the one responsible for television shows being re-written and coming to life. Shows such as Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Angel, Charmed, and more.
Ash is one of the last Atlantean gods, and also has characteristics of a vampire. He helps train the Dark-Hunters that protect innocents from daimons and other creatures of the night. When things start to get really heavy, he's called in to help the workers at the Paranormal Cold Cases at the FBI in New York.
